Already featured on our Top Ten list from this year’s New York Auto Show, Toyota is effortlessly making waves with its all new 2015 Camry. When you have such a long-running top-seller, a full ground-up remodel makes it hard to ignore.

“Customers today love the durability, quality and value that the Camry represents, but they are looking for a little more style, comfort and performance, and this 2015 Camry has all of the above,” said Bob Carter, senior vice president of automotive operations of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. “This is the new Camry, and it’s coming from the new Toyota.”

The outside of the new Camry is 1.8-inches longer and 0.4 inches wider than its predecessor, has a sportier design with a larger and more pronounced grille, and a fresh set of headlamps with LED daytime running lights, front turn signal markers, and a sport-influenced set of tail lamps.

Inside, Toyota made things quieter with better window and door seals, improved side mirror design and carpeting with better insulation. The automaker also gives more room in the center console tray, added a power source in the storage box of the center stack, USB, an available wireless charging system, and a 4.2-inch display as part of the instrument panel that provides the driver with a ton of multimedia information with minimal distraction.

Power for the new 2015 Camry comes from a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder or a 3.5-liter V6 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, or an E-CVT transmission that links to a 2.5-liter Atkinson Cycle engine with Hybrid Synergy for the Hybrid SE variant.

Safety features have been added to the Toyota as well, including Pre-Collision System with Auto High Beams, Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Departure Alert, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
