Chevrolet crafted its all new 2014 SS to bring you enough performance to satisfy the enthusiast and all the luxury the most demanding driver could need. The best part is that its price tag rests significantly below the models that offer the level of luxury and performance that it does. Intrigued? We have the details.

Power for the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro SS comes from a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces an impressive 415hp and 415 lb-ft of torque. All that power gets transferred to the rear wheels and allows it to go from 0-60mph in 4.7 seconds. Performance for the SS is enhanced by features like Brembo brakes and Stabilitrak stability control, as well.

The SS offers a lot of luxury on the inside, much of it standard, while some are available options. They include Bluetooth, voice activated technology, leather wrapped steering wheel with mounted audio and cruise controls, 8-inch touch screen with MyLink, Siri Eyes Free, Bose 9-speaker audio system, heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless start and a color display driver information center.

OnStar offerings include directions, emergency services, remote door unlock, crisis assist, horns and lights, ignition block and roadside assistance. Additional safety technology such as automatic parking assist, side blind zone alert and rear cross traffic alert are also available.

Luxury doesn’t stop at the interior, however, as the outside gets a set of heated rear view mirrors, HID headlamps with LED daytime running lights, fog lamps, power sunroof, rainsense wipers, rear spoiler and 19-inch wheels.

The 2014 Chevrolet SS is currently available with a starting price of 43,47.5. The model gets 14mpg in the city and 21 on the highway and has room for 5.
